Already working in hospitality?
This course is designed specifically for PWDs who are already in a hospitality role and want to strengthen their skills. It is not a job placement programme. Instead, it focuses on deepening the knowledge and confidence you need to grow in your current workplace.
If you are new to hospitality and looking for your first job, our Train and Place programmes may be a better fit.
What you will learn
- Housekeeping skills refresh. You will revisit and strengthen key tasks such as room preparation, linen handling, cleaning procedures, and maintaining hygiene standards to industry level.
- Food and beverage skills refresh. You will practise front-of-house service techniques including table setting, order-taking, beverage preparation, and guest interaction to raise the quality of your work.
- Workplace confidence and employability. By upgrading your skills across both areas, you will be better equipped to take on more responsibilities, perform at a higher level, and advance in your hospitality career.
