FEEDBACK

Participants with feedback is to write in using email/mail to SIH admin team.

  1. SIH admin team to acknowledge the receipt of feedback within 3 working days from the date received through a reply via email.
  2. SIH admin team will direct the feedback to SIH Director immediately.
  3. SIH admin team will reply to the participant concerned via email/mail on the feedback within 7 working days.

REFUND POLICIES

SIH Director shall regularly review the refund policy to ensure that it remains fair to the students

  • Refund policy for participants in normal situations:
    • If written notice of withdrawal is received by the SIH admin team more than 14 days before training programme commencement, 100% of the training programme fees in the form of a Credit Note will be refunded to the participants.
    • If written notice of withdrawal is received by the SIH admin team 14 days or less before training programme commencement, 50% of the training programme fees in the form of a Credit Note will be refunded to the participants.
    • If written notice of withdrawal is received by the SIH admin team on 1 week of less actual training programme commencement or after commencement, 0% training programme fees will be refunded to the participants.
